Delivery
We can deliver to to anywhere in the world. Please contact us if your delivery country is not listed. Additional charges may apply.
United Kingdom delivery includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.
We can exchange goods delivered abroad, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.
You may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your order.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions. Please note that additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Delivery Times & Prices
Standard Delivery
For UK mainland orders, deliveries usually despatched within 3 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. Free delivery on all orders!
Express Delivery
To guarantee next working day delivery, please specify this service and £10.00 will be added to the standard delivery charge shown above. Please note express delivery is only for UK mainland orders. For orders made after 1pm or at the weekend, will be despatched and delivered within 2 working days.
International Delivery:
Please add the following amounts to the standard charge. Please allow up to 18 days for delivery. Please note you may have to pay additional local import duties on receipt.
For one item: £25.00
For each additional item up to 2 items: £13.50
for each additional item after 3 items: £10
Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you would like to return an item, please send it within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a credit note, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, and will only replace if they are faulty. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. You will need to return the unused item and your receipt. Please return to:

Goods are returned to Llamarama at your own expense. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Llamarama will cover postage and packing for the replacement of faulty goods only. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
Trade Description
Although we make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible, as all Llamarama products are handmade, each item is unique and there may be some slight variation in colour or size. We hope you appreciate that this is one of the joys of handmade products.
